Terms of Use
Last updated: June 14, 2026
Acceptance
By downloading or using AquaLog, you agree to these Terms of Use and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
Not a safety device
AquaLog is a logbook and training-aid app for informational purposes only. It is not dive-planning, decompression, or safety equipment, and its breath-training tools are not medical advice. Diving and breath-hold training carry inherent risks. Always train under proper supervision, follow your certification and dive computer, never freedive alone, and consult a physician before beginning any breath-hold program. You are solely responsible for your safety.
Subscriptions & purchases
AquaLog offers optional Premium subscriptions (monthly or yearly) and a one-time Lifetime purchase via Apple's in-app purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Payment is charged to your Apple account.
Your content
Dives, photos, and notes you create remain yours and are stored on your device. You are responsible for the content you add.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on species identifications, location data, or training guidance.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves; the date above reflects the latest version.
